We pride ourselves on the high-quality service we deliver daily to our colleagues and clients, in a rewarding and thriving environment. **Administration Assistant - **The Role: In this dynamic and busy role, no two days will be the same This role would be ideal for someone who has completed their CILEx and looking to develop their administrative and secretarial skills within a Legal office environment. **Administration Assistant - **Key Responsibilities: You'll be involved and responsible for all types of administrative tasks to include expenses, scanning/photocopying, filing/archiving, processing invoices, booking Barristers, liaising with the Employment Tribunal, organising witness calls whilst also assistingsecretaries in conducting client/matter inceptions, billing, sending invoices to clients, booking travel, managing the telephones. **Administration Assistant** - You: - As this is a varied role, you'll need to be an organised, proactive individual who can easily prioritise - You'll need to have the flexibility to assist other departments when required - You should also be able to use your initiative and spot where help is needed with limited supervision - A good telephone manner and communication skills are key for this role and a smart, professional appearance is essential when assisting with client events **What you need to know**:
