This role involves supporting the development and maintenance of health and safety systems while actively participating in safety management activities. The Specialist will play a key role in overseeing the health and safety of engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance, and leading investigations related to safety incidents. Working closely with the Health & Safety team, you will be responsible for conducting audits, assessments, and maintaining continuous oversight of safety practices across easyJet. This includes providing advice and guidance on health and safety matters, ensuring compliance with the management system, and supporting corrective actions where necessary. The role covers a broad spectrum of environments, from office settings to engineering and maintenance operations, construction projects, fire safety, and hazardous substance management. Additionally, you will assist in producing periodic health and safety performance reports, investigate incidents, and deliver project work aligned with our health and safety plan. This role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to a safe working environment across our pan-European operations, including line stations and hangars, ensuring easyJet’s commitment to being a Safe & Responsible organisation. *** **What you need to do this role** You will have experience in Health and Safety with a strong understanding of environmental management, auditing, and inspections.
