Some of the key responsibilities for the Junior Electrical Engineer job will include:
**Health, Safety, Quality and Environment**
- Promote a safe working culture and practises.
- Comply with company procedures and legal obligations.
- Promote and comply with environmental complaiance.
- Deliver the works safely.
- Provide feedback to Project Management when corrective action needs to be taken with the approptiate level of urgency.
- Undertake audits on site and provide feedback to Site Management on areas of improvement.
- Ensure works are completed snag/defect free and to a high standard.

**Engineering Control**
- Understand and interpret drawings and sepciifications.
- Provide engineering expertise to support the project team.
- Ensure accurate implementation of all engineering controls.
- Produce accurate 'as built’ records of the works, ensuring it is accurate and relevant.
- Produce insepction and tets plans for all elements of the works and supervise the delivery of the plan.
- Produce method statements and risk assessments for safe execution of the works.
- Record, store and maintain records and correspondance to capture any changes or legal requirements.

**Managing Resource**
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships between operatives ,staff, clients, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and the general public.
- Organise and conduct toolbox talks and issue specific method statements in line with requirements on site.
- Deal with any problems with resource promptly and raise to Project Management when required.

**The Person**:
**In order to be successful for the Junior Electrical Engineer job, you will need the following**:

- Passed or currently studying a HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering
- A full UK Drivers Licence (Company Car can be provided)
- Good IT Skills and able t work comfortably with MS Office
- Must have full working rights to work in the UK
- A drive and a passion for success
