Installer Sales Manager

**The Position**

This is a brand-new Installer Sales Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for one of the largest renewable energy systems providers in the UK. As the Installer Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading installationsof heat pumps and other renewable heating systems for residential housing projects both new build housing developments through housebuilders and social housing schemes new build or retro fit, through local authorities and housing associations. Your primaryclients will be installers, contractors and the heating wholesalers that are supplying them.

- £45k - £50k Base Salary / £80k OTE

**Experience Required**

Due to the nature of the role you must have extensive experience in plumbing and heating either install, service and/or design of domestic or commercial unvented hot water systems incorporating heat pumps - either Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP's) or GroundSource Heat Pumps (GSHP's) or other renewable technologies such as solar PV, heat recovery, and underfloor heating. Furthermore, recognised industry training and further education qualifications such as City & Guilds plumbing and heating, BPEC, unvented hotwater systems, gas, boiler training, heat pumps training are an advantage but not as essential as hands on installation experience and product knowledge.
