DW is a leading property development firm specializing in the construction of high-quality new build homes. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Operative to join our team. As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and appearance of our new build properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of new build homes to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs tiling works, composite doors etc.
- Install fixtures, fittings, and appliances in accordance with specifications and safety standards.
- Respond to maintenance requests from homeowners or property managers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working in maintenance operations, preferably in the new build homes sector.
- Proficiency in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with homeowners, colleagues, and contractors.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between different construction sites.
