Paint Sprayer

**Our client, a leading global manufacturer based in Consett, are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their already established team**.
**Tasks include**:

- Ensure all paint materials are mixed correctly for colour and consistency and recorded for
paint traceability in accordance with work instruction sheets
- Prepare pre-treated aluminium
- Be trained to be able to perform paint thickness and adhesion checks and record
information in accordance with British and European Standards
- Setting up the spray equipment
- Prepare surfaces to be covered
- Quality check all finished jobs
- Clean and maintain all spray equipment, spray booths and associated equipment.

- Computer literate
- Be able to concentrate to enable quality finish to painted components
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Able to work safely
- Excellent hand-to-eye coordination
- Normal colour vision
