**Healthcare Assistant - Aberdeen (AB51)**

**Do you want to make a real difference in someone's life?** Our client, a respected care home in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, is looking for agency care workers with at least 6 months of care experience. Flexible, as-needed shifts are available, including morning (7:00-2:30), afternoon (2:00-9:30), all-day (7:00-9:30), and night shifts (21:15-7:45).

**As a Care Worker, you will**:

- Assist residents with personal care such as dressing, bathing, and grooming.
- Support mobility and help with transfers.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting a sense of well-being.
- Help residents maintain independence, working closely with them to achieve daily goals.
- Record care activities, participate in care planning, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

**What You Bring**:

- A minimum of 6 months of care experience.
- A caring, patient, and reliable nature.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
