An award-winning property and construction consultancy requires a highly motivated Technical Bid Writer to hit the ground running in South-East London.

**The Technical Bid Writer Role**

The Technical Bid Writer will be responsible for ensuring written responses are bespoke and score highly and providing written content for business-critical frameworks.

The Technical Bid Writer will report directly to the Bid Manager with responsibility for Business Development and will work closely with the Bid Team to pull together submissions and bid proposals in an ever-competitive environment.

**The Technical Bid Writer**
- Previous experience working within the construction industry
- Strong consultancy background
- Experience of responding to framework bids
- Experienced in tendering and winning work
- Must be organised and able to prioritise your own work to deliver on time
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to build effective relationships and be a good communicator
- Confident in dealing with senior management

**Other duties for the Bid Writer**
- Mentor other Win Work employees in writing
- Take an active role in the Business Development forum
- High level working knowledge of MS Word
- Keen eye for detail and desire to continuously drive-up standards
- Experience of working on bids
- Preferably qualified to degree level or similar

- £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
