**Location**: Coventry (CV5 6SP)
**Working Hours**: Hybrid/Flexible working - 37.5 hours a week (hours between 8am and 6pm)
**Salary**:£21,000
Brookson are recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator to join our Brookson Financial team based in Coventry.
We offer the option to work in the office each day if that’s your preference, or we have the option for hybrid working which would mean a minimum of 2 days in the office with the rest remote working. The working hours in this team are flexible, but, but will be between 8am and 6pm, Monday - Friday to work flexibly around your home life.
**What will you be doing as a Financial Services Administrator?**
- Ensuring that client files are maintained in line with internal policies and professional standards
- Communicating with medical experts on case underwriting
- Resolving client issues quickly and professionally
- Carrying out Prevention of Money Laundering checks on clients, in line with existing legislation and Group policies
- Ensuring that fees and commissions reconciled and are paid promptly, including the invoicing of clients
- Supporting advisors and managers to ensure that compliance and legal requirements are met in line with the Compliance Manual
**What are we looking for?**
- Essential experience:_
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in an administration role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage own workload
- A confident, sociable personality who is comfortable speaking with a wide variety of customers
- Desirable Experience:_
- A minimum of 6 months experience working in a financial services environment
- An interested in studying Financial Services qualifications in the future
