Maintenance Administrator

Total Staff Services Ltd are currently recruiting a maintenance admin to work for one of our busy industrial clients based in Ellesmere Port.
The role purpose is to provide administrative support to the site Maintenance Manager and Maintenance team. Key tasks include ordering and receipting new stock items from suppliers, raising and processing Work Orders for planned and breakdown maintenance tasks, general admin duties such as generating reports, keeping meeting minutes etc. Good interpersonal skills are essential, as is practical knowledge of working with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (e.g. Infor, SAP, Maximo etc).
Hours of work Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months
**Salary**: £14.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
