Overview: Working as part of a team responsible for ensuring our clients receive industry leading levels of service when experiencing equipment failure.

Job Specification & Duties

Core responsibilities include:
Invoicing

Parts identification and picking

Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls

Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance

Filing and archiving

Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets.

Compiling reports

Managing and prioritising client queries

Scheduling meetings and updating clients on open jobs

Speaking to clients to answer queries and resolving issues

Achieving targets set by upper management

Key skills required

Excellent Customer Service skills essential

The ability to prioritise workload

Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.

Experience in using a PC.

Hours

40 Hours Monday to Friday, working an 8 hour day between 8.30am and 5pm.
