- **Responsibilities:

- Follow instructions and guidance provided by the class teacher.
- Ensure children's safety both in and out of the classroom.
- Supervise children during playtime and lunchtime.
- Prepare classroom materials, including cutting, sticking, photocopying, and laminating.
- Observe and provide feedback to the class teacher regarding children's learning.
- Effectively manage off-task behaviours.
- **Requirements:

- Hold Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification.
- Be an excellent and inspirational class practitioner, with children's well-being at the forefront of all actions.
- Have high expectations for pupils' achievement and behaviour.
- Possess excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
- Previous experience working with children or adults in a caring capacity.
- Demonstrate transferrable skills such as teamwork, initiative, flexibility, adaptability, remaining calm under pressure, caring, and helpfulness.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (can be obtained through Excell Supply if necessary).
