We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Planning & **Preconstruction Co-ordinator** to join our team within Lovell’s Eastern region based at our Leeds office.

Assisting the Planning and Pre-Construction Manager to deliver the timely progression of schemes through bid/concept/estimating/planning process, whilst bringing together and moving forward current and new client relationships.

Co-ordinating the work of various disciplines, both internal and external, you’ll be involved with the pre-construction process, promoting an effective information flow between departments to achieve budget and programme.
