Read on to find out how you can develop your skills with us as an Apprentice Engineer based in Bishop's Stortford.

For this Apprentice Engineer role, the salary is based on the National Apprenticeship rate - £4.81 per hour plus benefits (for the first 12 months, after which the rate is dependent on age).

We will provide the successful applicant with a structured programme of training, both within our workshops and externally through a college, leading to valuable NVQ qualifications.

To join us as an Apprentice Engineer, applicants will be required to sit a short maths and English entrance test to qualify for college.

**About the role**:

- 3-year apprenticeship
- Work towards NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance
- Valuable practical experience in an industry where qualified engineers are in demand
- Work with mechanical and electro/hydraulic systems
- Service and maintain an expanding hire fleet of modern truck-mounted powered access machinery

**Essential Skills**:

- You will need to have Maths and English GCSE's grade 4 or above

- You must work well under pressure and take instruction well
