**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide patient observation and monitoring to ensure the well-being of clients.
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate care plans.
- Support individuals with mobility challenges using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively.
- Uphold HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

**Experience**
- Assisted living or nursing home environments
- Home health or hospice care settings
- Working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Memory care or dementia care facilities
- Direct support roles in caregiving or social work

Preferred skills include:

- First aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of vital sign monitoring and patient care techniques
- Experience with heavy lifting when assisting clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
