To help them achieve this you will need to be flexible as you are required to work shifts including bank holidays, weekends and potentialsleep ins. If your best traits are positivity, friendliness and innovation then this job is for you **Main duties and responsibilities**: To participate in the day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment. To maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality. To support service users with the preparation of Meals, Laundry duties, cleaning and social events. To maintain accurate notes and records as and when required. To work as part of a team to provide high quality care. **The Service** Wisbech Outreach - comprises of 3 services and are located in Wisbech and around 10-15 minute walk from the town centre. Each service is a bungalow with a single service user. Due to the complex needs of the service users and challenging behaviour, experience is preferable, although not essential as long as you are eager and reliable. Two of these services are both femaleservice users and require 2:1 staffing at all times. The third service supports a gentleman who has 1:1 staffing at all times and a sleep in during the night. **Personal Characteristics** Diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards one. Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues. The ability to keep calm under pressure. The confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
