Harmonic are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with one of the top 3 most successful and well regarded agencies in the UK, supporting them with their new search for a FC/HoF (depending on experience).

They are market leaders in terms of the investment in personal wellbeing for their employers. I have placed about 10 people in the finance function and can say that due to both the positive working culture, flexible hybrid remote model as well as the corevalue of upskilling and developing talent, they tend to attract very bright, engaging and ambitious people. They have a beautiful office space in central London so for those who choose to spend more time in the office, there is consistently a buzzing atmosphere.

**General duties will include**:

- Full oversight the main UK agency, and support on a couple of smaller entities
- Preparation of a budget and monitoring actual cost and revenue performance against it
- Establishing complete, efficient and robust controls and processes
- Assist with the production of annual statutory accounts
- Weekly WIP meetings with the account's teams
- Business partnering with the leadership team
- Assist in consolidation of group entities
- Long term P&L forecasting
- Line manager for a team of 4
- Assisting with the group audit
- Increasing profitability, rates and charging methodologies
- Commercial operations / contract & scope auditing / audit evidence tracking

**Required skills**:

- Agency experience
- Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Engaging and excellent communication skills
- Sense of humour / positive approach to work and problem solving

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience in both group agency and SME
- Understanding of group principles & audit

**Package**:
£75,000 - £85,000 + Benefits
