Fleet Coordinator

We're recruiting for a strong administrator with excellent data and customer service skills, to join us as a Fleet Coordinator on a permanent basis
This is varied role where you'll be supporting Sovereign's Fleet team. **You'll be responsible for**:
- Managing van enquiries, including breakdowns, booking MOT's, servicing, and insurance
- Ensuring the Fleet Check System, Motor Insurance Database and Telematics tool is accurate and up to date
- Carrying out license checks
- Running reports
- Supporting Vehicle Replacement Programme
- To take responsibility to deliver the right outcome for our customer in a safe and timely
way.
- To be the first point of contact for the localities and compliance teams, delivering a strong
customer focussed service on the management of their vehicles.
- Organise and plan all maintenance and repair activities (including glass and windscreen
repairs) for all the fleet, liaising with operational delivery and support teams, agreeing
times and collection points.
- To facilitate and organise replacement hire vans for short and long term, courtesy use or in
case of a vehicle breakdown
**What you'll need**:
- Proven administration and customer service experience
- Strong Microsoft Office, particularly excel skills, as you will be required to run reports and create lookups and use basic excel formulas
- To be methodical in your approach to your administration tasks
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work well individually as well as part of a wider team
- The ability to prioritise your work in a role which will be busy and reactive.
- Strong organisational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to impact assess and to understand the difference between ‘major' and ‘minor' data
issues.
