An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Inspector to join a leading independent property management company, working on a full time basis working across the London region.

A driving licence is necessary and a pool car will be provided for all inspections.

Duties
- Carrying out viewings of occupied and/or vacant properties.
- Reporting maintenance issue to the Maintenance Department.
- Creating reports and updating the system of all inspections carried out.
- Undertaking other general property checks such as meter readings, checking the operation of fire doors, bin stores, gardens, drives, lifts and gates etc, and ensuring they are operational.
- Carry out statutory compliance including fire alarm testing and emergency light testing.
- Assisting with other duties as requested by Senior Management.

27k per annum plus performance related bonus

Hours Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm
