**Gap personnel operating as an employment agency are currently recruiting for 5 machine operators to join their team on a permanent basis**

My client is a leader in their field of manufacturing and produce every day products for customers in UK and globally

Due to expansion, they are now looking for an additional Machine Operator to join their already busy team

**Duties**:

- Set up and operate Machines and supporting equipment to ensure the products are produced in a timely manner
- Ensuring Manual Handling is carried out whilst lifting boxes
- Carry out machine checks to ensure they are running smoothly
- Working closely with the team
- Quality Checking of Products
- Carrying out any repairs if machines break down
- Trouble Shooting
- Responsible for carrying out scheduled planned maintenance work
- Working to Standard Operating Procedures

**Skills**
- GCSEs or equivalent required
- Be able to work in a team and have a positive approach to work
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Proven experience of working in a production environment
- Follow Health & Safety rules and Procedures at all times
- Able to be flexible with working hours/shifts

**Hours of work**
- Monday to Friday - 3 shift system 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am

**Pay**
- £26,000 per annum
