Position Overview: As a Welder and Fabricator, you will play a vital role in designing and assembling metal structures and components. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will use hand tools, fabrication techniques, and welding skills to produce high-quality work. Proficiency in TIG welding and familiarity with various welding methods are essential. A mechanical aptitude and basic math skills will support accurate measurements and assembly. Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate metal parts using hand and power tools in accordance with detailed specifications
- Perform TIG welding on various materials, ensuring strong, reliable welds while following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to improve fabrication processes and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained and functional
