We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Directors at our company, a small-medium size construction supplier with approx. 50 employees.

The role will also include providing some administrative support to the Sales Team, particularly producing reports, both internally for staff and externally for customers, and supporting field-based Sales personnel. There may also be other general office and IT-related tasks required, as required by the Directors. You will report to the Sales Director.

**Experience**
- **Microsoft Office** - competent using all programs within Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- **Excel** - this is critical. You must have a high level of understanding and experience of working spreadsheets and formulas, manipulating data, maintaining detailed records, and able to produce professional and consistent reports.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
