**The role**:
The Head of Site Operations will lead a team to look after general matters affecting health, safety, environment, and security and energy efficiencies on-site at Farnborough. You will maintain effective lines of communication with local stakeholders and you will lead Compliance and Governance activities. You will also establish and maintain the viability of the site as an operational, safe and secure work environment.

**Day-to-day, you will be**:
Maintaining site emergency plans and fire risk assessments;
Maintaining site business and continuity plans;
Adherence and demonstration of evidence to relevant legislation and corporate policies for internal and external audits;
Ensure all occupants, including QQ, tenants and visitors/contractors, are aware of their safety, security and environmental responsibilities;
Manage visitor and contractor access;
Centralised communication for the whole of site and all tenants on various matters;
Liaising with the local Global Employee Voice representative.

**Essential experience of the Head of Site Operations**:
Proven leadership of teams, in a technical environment, delivering successfully and safely to customers.

Experience of budget and cost management is essential.

The Head of Site Operations should also have experience in Compliance and Governance.
