Are you passionate about driving health, safety, and environmental improvements? We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our dynamic team in Rochester.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager in implementing and managing an effective HSE strategy.
- Provide competent advice, coaching, and leadership to operational management and employees.
- Investigate incidents/accidents to identify causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Conduct regular safety tours, inspections, accident investigations, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) related to safety, health, and environment.
- Manage the distribution of PPE equipment and ensure all staff receive proper safety induction training.
- Co-ordinate site-specific and group Health and Safety Committees.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A strong background in health, safety, and environmental management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to challenge unsafe behaviours and foster a safety-first culture.
