**Job Description**:
Role: Customer Service Advisor
Hours: Mon to Fri 08:00 - 17:00 + 09:00 - 18:00, one Sat 08:00 - 12:00 in three
Pay: Up to £24 DOE depending on experience
Location: Warrington Centre
Contract: Permanent
Our client, a leading accident repair specialist based in the Warrington area, are currently looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding team.
You will be providing excellent Customer Service Care to both commercial and domestic clients.

- Answering incoming calls- Contact and schedule customers appointments- Organise collection of vehicles and allocate courtesy cars as required- Keeping up to date records with activity on the company's database- Dealing with customer queries and accurately recording all information- Obtaining customer images- Appropriately deal and escalate any sign of customer dissatisfactionExperience required:
- Call Centre or Contact experience would be beneficial- Insurance experience would be advantageous but not is essential- Excellent organisational and communication skills- Ability to prioritise and be self-motivated- Well organised- Good attention to detail- Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines- Confident telephone manner- Friendly personality- IT Literate
