The Role:
Future Living Care is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer to work with the Registered manager to help support the compliance of our client's care.
You will have previous experience in Health and Social Care role is essential.
Have a good understanding of medication protocol Have a willingness to attend training necessary for the role.
Ensure that our clients receive the care and support that is outstanding.
Responsibilities include:
Auditing of care notes, Mar charts, and care logs that promote the wellbeing of clients and promote active participation in their community.
Completing regular reviews that identify change and create support plans that help clients achieve goals and ensure that we identify new risks.
Audit Care plans to identify improvements and ensure that all care plans are person cantered and provide our carers with all the information they need to deliver outstanding care.
Ensuring the implementation and delivery of the Quality Assurance framework through an agreed program of audit activity.
Undertaking other audits as directed by either the Registered Manager, utilising the approved auditing tools.
Analysing audit data and preparing written reports on the audit findings to promote quality improvement.
Supporting the registered manager in embedding quality assurance processes, including audit activity, across Future Living Care
Supporting the community teams and completing peer observations to ensure care quality and standards of care are being maintained.
Publishing and analysing customer surveys and producing a conclusion report to promote quality assurance.
Maintain central trackers to ensure that all clients are fully compliant at all times.
Support the registered manager with investigations.
Answering incoming calls and actioning accordingly.
