**JPC Cleaning Team Member Role**

A JPC team member’s role is to deliver a world-class cleaning and support service in line with the JPC values.

**Cleaning Operative duties include but are not limited to**:

- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping surfaces in their work area including living/working areas, bathrooms, kitchens and supply closets
- Refilling and restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels)
- Maintaining cleaning products and ordering new supplies when necessary
- Taking out the garbage
- Carrying out minor maintenance tasks such as unclogging sinks
- Conducting monthly disinfection and deep cleaning

A successful Operative will need some prerequisite skills and qualifications to be considered for a vacant position. These skills include:

- Excellent organisation and housekeeping skills
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning solution and their uses
- Working knowledge of health and safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week
