We are a full-service, strategically-minded creative marketing agency based in North East Lincolnshire. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, **London Based** creative and confident **Social Media Content Creator **to join our growing team.

We work with some of the UK's leading global brands and deliver engaging, creative copy across various digital and printed channels.

- The development and execution of an engaging social media strategy focused on increasing brand awareness, loyalty and equity
- Manage the production of all social and web-based marketing content, including meeting with clients and capturing photography/videography at various locations
- Capturing, editing, copywriting and posting Instagram Reels and TikTok videos for our client accounts
- Fostering a relationship with Gen-Z Consumers
- Staying abreast with social media trends to achieve explosive growth on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Contributing to brainstorming sessions
- Identifying relevant marketing opportunities & trends to take advantage of quickly
- Formulating unique insights and opportunities, based upon key learnings from weekly reports
- Creating concepts in response to briefs
- Engaging the team with new content innovations and ideas

There will be opportunities to work across projects of all sizes, from large campaigns with multiple deliverables to smaller, one-off jobs to include reports and adverts.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality social media content/campaigns for a variety of different sectors
- Ability to commute to various locations across the UK
- A confident communicator in both verbal and written language
- Excellent research, social listening and planning skills
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas for a range of different sectors
- A passion for social media and high knowledge of analytic tools
- Punctual, honest with the ambition to become part of our growing journey
- An approachable personality and a good sense of humour
- Self-starter, very driven and enthusiastic about social media
- A team player, able to mediate between different stakeholders
- Super reliable
- Attention to detail and impeccable grammar

All digital content created will be approved by company Directors prior to going live.

This is a position that requires a high level of self-reliability, creative flair and personal presence.

Schedule: Day shift, however, some occasional evenings may be required

**Job Type**: Part Time (approximately three days a week)
