Our residential care home forolder peoplein Worthing has a great opportunity for a committed Christian who is motivated, dynamic and has a heart for serving older people as our new Activities and Community Engagement Facilitator.

We appreciate that each resident has their own individual interests, hobbies and pastimes, and we support our residents to maintain this important part of their lives. They are actively encouraged to lead the lifestyle that they choose, doing as much or as little as they want.At Koinonia Christian Care Home, our community is one where Christian worship, prayer and support are a core part of daily life.

This role is perfect for a proactive and compassionate Christian whoenjoys connecting with our older residents and is able to engage with local churches & community groups.

**Hours**:
Full-time contract: 36 hours per week with alternate weekends.
