SENCO - Primary School - Part Time - Sunbury-on-Thames

**Salary**: MPS - Leadership

**Special educational needs coordinators play a critical role in raising educational achievement by leading and coordinating provision for pupils with special educational needs.**

As a SENCO, you'll be an experienced teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs. Working closely with the head teacher and other senior colleagues, you'll use your leadership skills to manage provision in your school andto provide support to other teachers.

You will need to hold the National Award in Special Educational Needs Coordination.

As SENCO, you have an important role to play with the Head Teacher and governing body in determining the strategic development of SEN policy and provision and will be part of the school leadership team.
