Are you a degree holder with an interest in working in primary education? Do you have some experience of working with children/young people? Have you got any personal experience supporting children with SEN?

Here at New Formation Education, we're working with a number of primary schools across London who are searching for new support staff to join their teams ASAP. We're currently working with primary schools that are looking for long-term, full-time classroom assistants, special needs support and those wanting to train as teachers in Hillingdon.

If you’re available for a minimum of one academic year from February, please read on
- Degrees in Math's, English, Sciences, Psychology, Education, Drama and Performing Arts are ideal, but we welcome applicants with degrees beyond this
- Have some experience working with children/ young people, e.g., youth work / mentoring / tutoring / childcare/ volunteering will all be considered. A willingness to learn is essential
- Be positive, friendly, confident, outgoing, and unflappable under pressure
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for supporting the next generation of children
- Be available full-time (Monday-Friday 8.30am-4pm)

The starting rate for entry Teaching Assistants is £400 - £475 per week and will be expected to rise as you continue to gain more experience within a school environment.
