**Position**:
The Tender Coordinator works with the Business Leaders to increase the pipeline of projects with Manor Renewable Energy (MRE).

Reporting to the Managing Director of MRE will be responsible for looking for opportunities and working with existing clients to ensure repeat business. The commercial aspect of this role will require you to liaise with all departments and all levels within the business to ensure that targets are being met and where possible exceeded.

This will involve working with the other departments to maintain the CRM and create standard documents that allow us to produce high quality quotations and tenders.

**Requirements**:
**Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage MRE enquiry process and enquiry register;
- Input new opportunities to Salesforce CRM;
- Manage existing opportunities on Salesforce;
- Manage MRE supplier database listings & look for new supplier database opportunities;
- Monitor tender website (such as Achilles / TED etc) for new tender opportunities;
- Create & submit tenders for new project opportunities;
- Work with OEG Offshore Group companies on new tender opportunities;
- Promote cross selling of OEG Offshore group services;
- Attend networking events & industry exhibitions as needed;
- Look for new opportunities to maximise revenue and profit;
- Working with the BD team and Department Leads to develop and implement BD processes;
- Preparation and management of client and contracts, proposals and related terms and conditions;
- Maintain CRM contacts lists;
- Work with the Commercial Department to ensure profit margins are maintained;
- Produce reports on the current pipeline for MRE and report to Line manager; and

**Other information**:
Competitive remuneration package with 25 days holiday + bank holidays a year, pension, discount voucher scheme. Full time 37 ½ hr week. Full training & support will be provided where necessary and appropriate.

Must have the right to work in the UK.
