We are looking for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our Property Team at our Head Office reporting to our Head of Property.

This role will support our retail stores through a Maintenance ticketing system and organise any necessary works across our Retail portfolio.

**The Team**:
The Maintenance Co-ordinator will join our Maintenance Helpdesk team which sits within our Property function. This function is made up of technical staff who serve the retail portfolio operations including a legal counsel, project manager and maintenance operatives.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide a high level of service to internal and external stakeholder
- Organise Maintenance tickets from our stores using dedicated platform.
- Prioritise repairs by urgency, trade, and location to ensure the most efficient use of resources
- Escalate any issues to the Head of Property when needed
- Provide reporting on key KPIs, including adherence to SLAs and financial information
- Gain quotes from external service providers when needed
- To provide administrative support for the estates team as required
- To promote good working relationships with your colleagues and the company’s contractors and suppliers
- Excellent communication skills (especially written)
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- The ability to handle enquiries with the right attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Maintain an excellent level of service with all types of enquiries

Working hours are 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
