In this role you will help us to ensure that the services we provide to our patients are of the highest possible standard. As a Senior Grader you will help us to improve the diagnosis of long-term conditions and promote prevention, which ultimately supports patients and improves outcomes.

Working closely with your Clinical Leads, responsible for the quality and safety of the Grading function within your DESP, developing own knowledge and providing training, advice and guidance to the Graders within your area. You will enjoy working with people and supporting our staff to develop and flourish in their roles.
