We are looking for an outstanding individual who can lead on aspects that impact an Apprentice Experience. You will be instrumental in supporting young people and adults to succeed in their future careers and reaching their aspirations.

The role requires comprehensive tracking of Apprentices progress and achievements and a clear understanding of the financial, reputational, and quality implications of underperformance. You will work effectively with Apprenticeship delivery staff to carry out regular programme performance reviews, to ensure college apprenticeship targets are met and/or exceeded.

You will be an exceptional team player who has meticulous attention to detail and one who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support staff to have a clear understanding of their Apprenticeship data and establish effective cross college data solution(s) for reporting.

Working collaboratively with the Head of Apprenticeships, Quality and Compliance team you will be an ambassador for our wider apprentice experience, taking a proactive lead in the creation of a range of events which challenge, engage and motivate our learners to succeed beyond their core curriculum.
