Our client is a family run independent prestige car dealership. They are now on the lookout for a for a driven, well organised **Sales Specialist** to join their growing business.

If you have a passion for cars and would love to have access to prestige brands then this is the role for you.

**Duties (include but are not limited to)**
- To sell prestige vehicles and products in line with all aspects of dealership trading policies and regulations.
- Conduct appointments with customers
- Guide, inform, and educate all customers through our wide variety of stock and product options;
- To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction as reported in the monthly customer satisfaction analysis (csi);
- Deliver out vehicle demonstrations and drives;
- To maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of different cars, their features and characteristics such as specification engine size, mileage, fuel usability and colours;
- Negotiate and conclude the sale, completing all appropriate paperwork and documentation;
- Monitor and manage all aspects of the vehicle order and preparation right up to and including the delivery.

**Person Specification**
- Must be aged over 23 due to insurance regulations;
- Professional appearance and attitude;
- Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership;
- Good knowledge of financing would be advantageous;
- A current and valid UK driver’s licence;
- A minimum of one year’s sales experience
