Job Purpose:
Provide effective administration support to the Planning Manager and to act as first port of call for all distribution administration queries internally and externally.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Administer booking of all transport and scheduling with haulers.
- Collect all relevant paperwork and input data in systems.
- Liaise with depots regarding delivery schedules and timings.
- Process sales and purchases orders on SAP system ensuring paperwork is correctly authorised and downloaded onto Hellenics System.
- Investigate and report customer delivery discrepancies.
- Responsible for booking incoming deliveries, dealing with rejection and delivery discrepancies.
- Responsible for all relevant paperwork being correctly filed and archived.
- Responsible for accurate reconciliation and booking of pallets, dolavs and couriers, where applicable.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Previous experience working in a FMCG Company in an administration capacity.
- Good knowledge of SAP and Hellenic Operating systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
