Mpeople recruitment are excited to be in partnership with a well-established manufacturing company based in the Tameside area, who are looking to add a **Manufacturing Expeditor** to their team. This position will work on a full time, permanent basis.
- **Role**: Manufacturing Expeditor
- **Location**:Hyde
- **Hours**:36 hours per week

**Duties as a Manufacturing Expeditor**will include but not be limited to**:

- Managing the MRP scheduling system
- Checking, tracking, locating and moving manufactured work packs
- Organising work packs by due date
- Supporting production management team
- Run, issue and monitor ‘work to’ lists
- Review work pacts to ensure correct information is displayed i.e. names, addresses etc.
- Reporting progress daily to customers

**The successful Manufacturing Expeditor**will possess the following skills**:

- Knowledge of MRP systems in manufacturing or production environment
- Good understanding of sheet metal and assembly process
- Excellent IT skills including the use of Excel
- Ability to work flexible hours should the need arise
