Due to continued growth** **the position of **Electrical Authorising Engineer **has become available to join our **successful team **based in the **West Midlands**.

Costain is working closely with Severn Trent Water on their Capital Delivery Framework, as part of its c£2 billion capital programme for AMP7.

As part of the Design and Build Framework lot, Costain brings together its design, construction, and consultancy expertise to undertake renewal and refurbishment projects and will assist Severn Trent in its target to make continuous improvements to its safety performance, whilst ensuring continuity of supply and consequently lowering costs of its customers.

This role will require regular site attendance

**Role Requirements**
- Experience with a main contractor working on Water Process Engineering projects
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualified
- HND/Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
- Must Hold or has held, Severn Trent Contractors Senior Authorised Person Certification.
- Member of IET, ideally working towards chartered status
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focused by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
