L3 Euc Engineer

EUC Engineer - Up to £42,000 - Travel Industry - South West London with Hybrid / Remote Working
Overview:
A global Travel giant, who have more than a successful 40 year history are looking to on board an End User Compute Engineer to build and support of End User Compute services across Enterprise Technology Services (ETS). The role will include a mix of responsibilitiesbetween general BAU support as well as providing expert knowledge and experience on small to large projects across the EUC pillar.
Key Responsibilities:
oMS Intune, Kace, Endpoint Manager and other MDM MAM platforms
oMicrosoft and Citrix Virtual Desktop
oEnd user experience monitoring
oPrint, PC, Macs, thin clients, video conference aFnd other device hardware management
oSoftware asset management
- Ensures systems, solutions, and policies are thoroughly maintained and documented
- Identifies & implement optimization and automation opportunities
- Analyses existing EUC systems and operations and develops preventative maintenance strategies
- Offers 3rd level support to implemented solutions.
Essential skills & experience:

- Experience with Azure AD
- Minimum 2 years Administrator/Engineer experience in an M365 environment
- Microsoft Modern Endpoint Management (Windows 10, Intune, AutoPilot, SCCM Co-Management, Enterprise Mobility, iOs and Android)
- PowerShell experience is a plus, including experience with M365 admin modules
- Experience with VDI Technologies including Citrix Cloud
Qualifications:

- Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Certification
Package:

- Salary - £40,000 to £42,000
