**THE ROLE**

As the CRM and Customer Insight Analyst your focus will be to build and develop the CRM strategy, specifically you will have to:

- Develop and implement the marketing plan through CRM and digital marketing strategy
- Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models
- Work with stakeholders to provide detailed knowledge on customer lifetime value, customer retention and the personalisation of customer experience
- Provide insights into the customer, who they are and how best to engage with them

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Strong Excel to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
- Experience using a campaign management tool, Adobe campaign, Salesforce
- Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language

**THE BENEFITS**
