JH Group are a well-established, expanding groundworks and construction company based in South Bristol. A position has recently opened for an experienced, reliable and hardworking Site Manager / Working Foreman who can hit the ground running on construction and maintenances projects across the Bristol area.

The Site Manager / Working Foreman will be responsible for managing construction projects ensuring the projects are delivered on time and within budget whilst maintaining a high level of health & safety as well as quality customer service.

**Key Requirements**:

- Management of various construction projects including renovations, extensions and general maintenance for domestic and commercial clients.
- Skills and ability to carry out general building tasks on site to get the job done.
- Assisting with co-ordinating & management of labour, materials and resources on site
- Responsible for health & safety, risk assessments and safe work systems.
- Management of procedures and inspections required to ensure site is run smoothly.
- Day to day problem solving
- Ensure onsite staff are directed, supported and trained where necessary
- Represent the company to the best of your ability in regard to conduct, quality, communications and H&S

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS or SMSTS)
- Previous experience in a construction site management role
- Motivated, proactive and organised
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- IT Literate, including use of Microsoft Office software

**Salary**: £19.00-£22.77 per hour
