Our Client, a specialist aircraft accessory repair centre based in Thornliebank, holds one of the longest running CAA Approvals, having been approved initially in 1947.

With their core Aviation business being spares distribution, sales and maintenance of aircraft generators, avionics systems and Emergency Locator Transmitters (ELTs).

Has an opportunity to recruit a Production Operator to join their team, working within their Aviation workshop.

The Production Operator will be responsible for the assembly of electrical and / or electronic components in a workshop environment.
- Have a minimum of 1 years’ proven previous experience working within a manufacturing or workshop environment
- Be able to demonstrate basic assembly skills
- Proven experience in the use of general assembly tools such as torque tools and hand pressers
The successful Production Operator will benefit from:

- A rate of £9.50 per hour plus overtime paid at £14.25
- Full time hours set between Monday to Friday, working 08.10am - 16.25pm (37.5 hours per week)
- The opportunity of a permanent contract after 12 weeks of working on an agency contract basis
