**About Us**:
Piotsa is an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria bringing the true taste of Naples to Stirling With a focus on quality ingredients, traditional methods, and a welcoming atmosphere, we’re excited to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Now, we’re looking for passionate and experienced waitstaff to join our team.

**The Role**:
As a waiter or waitress at Piotsa, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests receive excellent service from the moment they walk in the door. We’re looking for individuals who can deliver friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to complement our authentic pizza offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Taking food and drink orders with attention to detail.
- Offering menu recommendations and sharing knowledge of our Neapolitan pizza.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Processing payments and handling customer inquiries with professionalism.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (experience in Italian or pizza restaurants is a plus).
- Age: 18 years +
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
