**Early Years Educator - Croydon -ASAP Start**

An independent pre-school in the Borough of Croydon are looking to recruit several Early Years Educators on a permanent basis for an immediate start.

This independent pre-school caters for children from the age of 2 years old, is located near the affiliated main schools, and offers term-time and all year-round nursery provision.

As an Early Years Educator, you will be working in a pre-school that has stunning facilities including full access to extensive grounds, Forest School and specialist teachers.

**JOB DESCRIPTION - Early Years Educator**
- Early Years Educator
- Working in an independent pre-school
- Supporting a learning culture that encourages pupils to foster a love of learning
- Creating stimulating learning environments, both inside and outside the classroom
- Monitoring children’s progress and providing feedback
- Full time and permanent contract
- ASAP start
- Working hours between 7.30am - 6pm (3 different shift patterns)
- All year round role
- £22,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Located in the Borough of Croydon

**PERSON SPECIFICATION - Early Years Educator**
- Good academics across the board - Degree (ideal), A levels & GCSEs
- Experienced Early Years Educator ideal
- Understanding and knowledge of the EYFS framework for teaching and assessment ideal
- Evidence of good classroom practice and excellent EYFS skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Perfect for aspiring Early Years Teachers
- Must have an outgoing, forward-thinking and creative personality
