**Work Based Learning Administrator, Full time 39.5 hours per week, Up to £22,000 per annum, depending on experience,**
**Full Time, Hybrid working _(office based 3 days a week Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and home based Thursday & Friday) _**
SP Training are a Carlisle based training provider delivering commercial and funded training and apprenticeships for the logistics sector. As part of our ongoing expansion plans, we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our work based learningteam. You will be based at our Carlisle city centre office 3 days a week and from home 2 days if you wish to adopt hybrid working hours.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties which support the department to ensure full eligibility checks are carried out on behalf of potential learners to ensure that they are suitable for our programs and hold the correct level of Maths and Englishqualifications as well as a range of other tasks. You will work closely with the other members of the friendly administration team and undertake a busy and challenging role which will provide you with a wide range of experience in the training sector.
**Responsibilities:
- **Learner Inductions** - Planning induction dates for apprentices, sending out joining programme, setting up learner IT programs such as OLLIE and Skills Forward
- **Registering Learner Exams** - Ensuring that learners are registered for the qualification they are attending training for e.g. Level 1 English/Level 2 Maths
- **Booking exams -** Booking remotely invigilated, employer invigilated and training centre invigilated exams. Liaising with the external clients to plan when learners will be sitting the exams.
- **Skills Forward Grouping** - Setting up weekly groups for those that are attending training the following week for support
- **Downloading Certificates**- Downloading certificates for Maths and English passes from Highfield and saving in the correct learner files
- **Sending Results -** Roll out of results via mail merge weekly
- **ILR** - Informing ILR of Level 1 passes, Level 2 fails that won’t be resitting and Level 2 passes ensuring all evidence is saved in learner files.
- **Google Classroom**- setting up the Google classrooms for the English tutors
- **Access Planit** - Setting up courses on our internal CRM Access Planit for the different Functional Skills sessions running a month in advance to ensure all slots are filled accordingly
- **Functional Skills bookings** - Supporting Managers where required to arrange dates for apprentices to attend Functional Skills Maths and English courses
- **Updating Excel Spreadsheets/Trackers**- Updating learning trackers using excel to ensure department is aware of all learning
- **Updating attendance on Access Planit**- Updating attendance for each week on the internal system and exporting classes that have non-attendees and sending to Accounts to invoice charges
