**ABOUT YOU**
No one day is the same at **WAKEFIELD ACOUSTICS**, especially when you’re out installing our bespoke noise control systems as one of our trusted **Site Installation Team Leaders**
You will be able to read manufacturing drawings, understanding the general arrangement so that you can undertake and complete installations following the risk assessment and method statements provided (RAMs). If something needs moving, you will be able tosafely operate access and lifting equipment in order to undertake the installations. You will deliver a timely and accurate completion of installations, providing a safe and orderly demobilization of the site, making sure rubbish and waste is disposed of appropriately,as governed by site requirements and/or as detailed in the RAMs.
Additionally, you will be flexible and able to work within the main facility during busy times and when installation requirements are reduced, including general fabrication and welding and/or basic fitting requirements.
To be successful in this role you MUST have experience in both mechanical shop engineering and ideally site installation. You will be an approachable and patient person, with good communication skills when dealing with customers and other sub-contractors.As you will be representing **WAKEFIELD ACOUSTICS**, you will present yourself in an appropriate and professional manor, as well as observing a conscientious and self-motivated attitude. You will have an attention for detail, and have strong problem-solvingskills making you ready to resolve any issues that may occur.
In addition, you **MUST**be a team player, this is key in our business, along with working safely, following all health & safety guidelines - like we said, we work on a trust-by-trust basis.
**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- UK Driving License
- NVQ in manufacturing (ideally fabrication & welding)
- CSCS card (Gold preferable)
- PASMA
- IPAF
- Forklift truck license - desirable however training can be provided
**WHAT WE OFFER YOU**
As a site installation engineer, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £16.00 - £17.50 DOE.
You will also receive an overnight allowance, and paid expenses.
