Here at Buy It Direct we are looking for to strengthen our Lifestyle Trading Team by recruiting a Promotions Co-ordinator.

Your focus will be to deliver innovative cross selling opportunities and customer focused activity across the website. Building compelling commercial content alongside a seamless customer experience across all website touchpoints. Additionally using your excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills you will develop brand relationships, maximising sponsorship, and vendor income.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded marketeer to join a highly successful ecommerce retail business and develop your career in a fast-paced marketing / commercial team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive conversion through compelling and commercial content
- Deliver a seamless customer experience across all customer touch points
- Manage our homepage and other non-category specific pages and activity such as seasonal campaigns, events, promos, trend, and inspiration pages
- Manage our social calendar across the Lifestyle departments
- Create engaging content for our social channels to increase customer engagement and increase our following
- Develop content plans to support trading activity
- Product selection and attribute management for non-category specific product stories
- Manage and optimise cross category links and URLs (visual merchandising and sequencing)
- Execution and reporting on trading led promo activity
- Working with the commercial team to maximise trends and website look and feel with on-site activity and content
- Work with CRM team to execute intent-based promos and product recommendations

**Person Specification**
- Ambitious and energetic, with experience of working in a highly commercial e-commerce role, ideally within retail.
- Innovative and commercial thinker able to use your knowledge and experience of e-commerce principles and technology, to make improvements to the customer journey.- An analytical thinker, experienced in using a variety of analytical tools with the ability to interpret data to make commercial decisions and drive performance.
