UTEC are looking to hire a **Sales & Commercial Administrative Assistant** on a full time, permanent basis. Based at our facility in Aberdeen, the Sales & Commercial Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative market, sales, and commercial support to the UTEC Win Function, including but not limited to: CRM, PQQ's, Procurement portals, subscriptions, market intelligence, HubSpot Leads organisation and follow-ups, travel/meetings, functions, industry events, marketing material incl. LinkedIn.

**Duties & Main Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of the delivery of assigned pre-qualification submissions quickly managing the process without supervision
- Ownership and management of leads, Client Contact Reports and Opportunities in the CRM and other CRM related activities
- Assist with marketing activity, sales events, and other win function client engagement duties
- Support Senior/Commercial Specialists with the delivery of their assigned requests for information and tenders supporting collation of the final submission package to a professional standard.
- Assist with seeking client feedback from clients
- Participate in any commercial initiatives / performance objectives that identify areas for development and performance improvement
- Act as ambassador for the Win Team
- Act as ambassador of UTEC's core values

**Required**
- Relevant previous experience in a similar environment with, ideally, CRM software
- Good verbal and written communication skills supported by excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple and fast-track priorities to strict deadlines with assistance /direction
- Proactive and positive to changes and challenges
- Proactive, diligent, and extremely organised
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential
- Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision
- Ability to work both independently and within teams
