**About the Role**

Reporting to the Production Control Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining production forecasts as part of the Sales and Operations Planning process. You will also co-ordinate all change requests from Sales departments.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for set up and maintenance of Slotting, and Production forecasts as per Sales and operations planning process to drive supply chain demand.
- Ensure sales order demand is continuously aligned with forecast and master production schedule.
- Manage and be the point of contact for change requests from Sales departments.
- Assist in the monthly S&OP planning cycle.
- Produce level loaded Production Plans.
- Ensure accuracy of Takt schedules, including Main Build / Cut & Weld / Subassembly.
- Monitor progress on build lines and be able to identify potential issues, and present remedial action.
- Create weekly reports/KPI’s for Production and Operations meetings.
- Responsible for ‘month-end’ work orders progression, and ensuring completed machines are in Finished Goods.

**About you**

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Good standard of education
- Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing industry
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle) would be preferable
- Creativity and innovative thinking

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills (attention to detail).
- Competent user of MS Office packages, in particular MS Excel
- A “Can do” attitude and ability to interact with a multi-functional team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
